Cooperative Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate requirement at Patuxent River, MD for a Program Analyst to support a large ACAT-I Cooperative/Joint acquisition program at NAVAIR. The candidate will assist in foreign disclosure and export compliance, analyses and data management of program documentation, research, management of action items relevant to export requirements, preparation of point papers and briefing materials, reviewing and providing feedback on Summary Statements of Intent, and coordinating/planning/participating in TIMs and cooperative initiatives. Duties will require interface with prime contractors, vendors, NIPO, DTSA, Department of State and other Government/foreign representatives regarding technical and programmatic aspects related to the development and execution of Cooperative/Joint programs. Knowledge and experience in international business and FMS practices and applicable ITAR/licensing, Arms Export Control Act, Export Administration Act, and associated regulations is desired. This position requires a college degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis with 3 of the 8 years of experience supporting technical and program aspects of major weapons systems development. 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. A current Secret security clearance is required.
