Financial Analysts

 

RBC has openings for Financial Analysts on-site at Patuxent River, MD to support a large ACAT 1 program at NAVAIR.  Navy ERP execution experience is required. Candidates will provide financial analysis and support in planning and executing RDT&E, Other Country Funds (OCF) and APN-5 budgets and assist in the preparation of related funding documents.  Monitor and maintain funding obligation, commitments, and expenditures in Navy ERP to meet obligation and expenditure benchmarks and work closely with IPTs to monitor funds execution.  Reconcile/research discrepancies in Navy ERP and provide back-up documentation for corrections.  Communicate with NAVAIR Comptroller and field activities to ensure required documentation is provided to execute funds and ensure funding/obligation acceptance copies are received.   Candidates must be detailed oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and be a self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced work atmosphere and have an understanding of DoD PPBS process.  Experience with funding execution in Navy ERP is required.  Positions require a BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of NAVAIR financial management experience or no degree and 12 years of financial analysis experience.  A current Secret security clearance is required.

FMS Programs Financial Analyst

RBC, Inc. have positions available for Financial Analysts at Patuxent River, MD to support an International Programs team within a large Program Office at NAVAIR. Candidates will support FMS BFMs and Case Managers providing financial management and analysis supporting DoD Security Assistance Programs with ability to interpret and apply DoDSAP financial and acquisition guidance and directives. Experience and knowledge of P&A, LOA, Navy ERP, financial tracking and reconciliation, funding and acquisition document development, case management/closure, and use of DIFS, MISIL/FMS/MIS/logistics systems is desired. These positions require a BS or BA in a Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of four years of financial management experience, two of which must be within the Department of the Navy (DoN). Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Individual must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and a SECRET security clearance is required.
