Program Schedules Analyst

RBC, Inc. has a position immediately available at Patuxent River, MD for a Program Schedules Analyst to support a major ACAT I major defense acquisition program within NAVAIR.  The candidate should have strong program and acquisition management, financial, and technical skills.  Candidate should have experience with developing, updating, and managing program Integrated Master Schedules. Candidate will analyze and synthesize program requirements, life-cycle cost, program initiatives and planning, acquisition strategies, integration of functional activities and provide staff coordination and consultation to element managers.  The candidate will track program milestones, data deliverables, progress, program documents and correspondence, program meetings, briefs, action item tracking and program calendar/schedules management.  Knowledge and significant experience with MS Project are required.

This position requires a college degree and a minimum of four years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.

A current Secret security clearance is required.

P-8 Training Systems Program Acquisition/Project Analysts

RBC, Inc. has positions available at Patuxent River, MD for Program Acquisition and Project Management Analysts to support P-8A Training Systems programs within the MPRA Program Office (PMA-290). The candidate will assist in providing procurement and logistical support of training systems for use by the US Navy and Royal Australian Air Force. The candidate will assist in managing cost, schedule, and performance for training systems acquisition procurements and integrating all aspects of aircrew and maintenance training simulator acquisition and sustainment planning with program plans and budgets. Develop program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives and modifications of plans to reduce program risks. Assist in coordination and preparation of requirements and acquisition documentation, independent cost estimates, and technical evaluations. Coordinate and support design reviews and TIMs between industry and Government members.

This position requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of three years of experience in program/training systems management, technical/business analysis, or previous domestic training systems or cooperative program experience. Knowledge of Arms Export Control Act and ITAR is a plus. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.

Acquisition Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Program/Acquisition Analyst to support a large ACAT I aircraft acquisition program within a large NAVAIR Program Office.  This position requires knowledge of program acquisition, financial/program tracking, and NAVAIR contracting and PPBE processes.  The candidate will be expected to support the development and submission of contract packages including PIDs/PRs, CDRLs, SOWs and independent cost estimates; Coordinate with IPTs to validate and update procurement actions in the NAVAIR Procurement Management Tool (PMT), monitor milestone timelines and provide status as needed.  Knowledge of Navy aircraft weapons and armament systems/subsystems is desired.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.  This position requires a BS or BA in a business, management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of eight years of experience in U. S. Navy aviation program management, business/technical analysis, and acquisition.  Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  The individual must be highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office family of software to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
