Junior Analyst

RBC, Inc has a full time position available for a Junior Analyst at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.   The position coordinates, prepares, submits and archives weekly reports and schedules; maintains configuration management and maintenance master work plans; utilizes the command staffing tool for maintenance/data entry;  consolidates AMISM teams weekly travel requests; creates and submits obligation plans; continuously updates financial trackers; manages chargeable objects; obtains pricing/part/variable data; conducts financial analysis; aligns and obligates funding; develops and provides documents for funding drills; and other analyst tasks as required.

Education: BS in Business, Management, Finance or Accounting preferred.  ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AS or AA degree (Business related major) with an additional three (3) years of experience working in a business/office administration position.

Experience:  Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Power Point and Word), and strong written and oral communication skills. Prior DoD Acquisition experience is preferred, but not required.

Acquisition Specialist

RBC, Inc. has a position available for an Acquisition Specialist at the Patuxent River site. This position requires knowledge of NAVAIR program acquisition, financial/program tracking, and NAVAIR contracting processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented; proactive; able to work independently and have prior experience in the development, submission, and management/tracking of contract packages (including Procurement Initiation Documents, Contract Data Requirements List, Statement of Objectives/ Statement of Work, and Technical Evaluation Reports). The candidate will be expected to support execution of program management processes; develop acquisition briefs; monitor schedules; provide status/reporting; and review milestone decision documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. This includes research as necessary to provide recommendations to support the development of program acquisition strategies; assessing program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements including, but not limited to: Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategy Reports, funding documents, contract awards, and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements. The candidate will integrate business and technical methodologies to provide support of hardware, software and service acquisition and life cycle management.

Education: BS or BA degree in business, management, or relevant technical degree.

ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree OR an additional eight (8) years of experience.

Experience: At least six (6) years of experience in U.S. Navy aviation program management with desired experience in research and development, configuration management or systems analysis/design, systems engineering, system acquisitions, financial management, and test and evaluation.

Demonstrate knowledge in one or more of the following areas: system acquisition, acquisition documentation, configuration management, risk analysis and Government Furnished Equipment or Government Furnished Information.

Must be able to qualify for a Secret clearance.

RBC Financial/Junior Analyst

 

RBC has an immediate opening for a Financial/Junior Analyst on-site at Patuxent River, MD to support a large International programs team at NAVAIR.  The individual will provide financial and program support to Lead BFMs in planning and executing FMS budgets.  Assist in monitoring and tracking financial obligation and expenditure data, data entry, and coordination of data call responses. Familiarity with team workbooks and WRAPS is desired.  Candidate must have excellent skills using MS Excel software.  This position requires an AS or AA degree in a business, management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 2 years of financial management experience.  Four years of additional experience is required with no degree.  A current security clearance or an ability to obtain a clearance is required.

Senior Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available on-site at Patuxent River, MD for a Senior Program Analyst to support acoustics programs in a large NAVAIR program office.  This position requires knowledge of IPT organizational concepts, major weapon system acquisition, program management, contracts management, development of program documents.  Experience with ECP generation/review, procurement package processing and airborne acoustics programs a strong plus. Experience with PPCs, PPAs, SOW, PIDs, RFPs, and program milestone tracking required. Experience with ERP, PMT and WRAPS desired.  Position requires a BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management and a minimum of 6 out of the 10 years of recent work related to analysis and planning. 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  Current SECRET security clearance required.
