RBC Export Compliance Program Analyst
RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Mid-level or Senior Export Compliance Program Analyst. Potential candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills; with the professional acumen to engage senior level personnel and coordinate with all required stakeholders for appropriate technical review of data for release to foreign nationals. Candidates will collect, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and associated products and research, assist with export and disclosure requests, approvals and related program information and schedules. Familiarity with military aircraft systems/subsystems development, testing and evaluation processes. The candidate will assist in engineering and technical analyses of new capabilities to assess, propose, and implement export requirements. Duties will require interface with domestic, cooperative, and FMS programs and engineering leads and will require interface with prime contractors, vendors, Navy International Program Office, DSCA, and other Government representatives regarding technical and programmatic aspects related to the execution of International programs. Ability to provide foreign disclosure training to civilian, military, and contractor personnel for FMS and JPO. Knowledge of the National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), Technology Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARBs), Delegation of Disclosure (DDL), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), and Department of Defense Directives (DODD) is a plus.
This position requires a BS degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience (7-10 years for Senior Analyst) in program management, technical/business analysis, or previous experience with international program export processes and policy. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Candidates with a background in Military Operational Commands, International Program Offices and/or Intelligence Community is a plus. The individual must be highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office family of software. A current SECRET security clearance is required.
