Configuration Management (CM) Analyst
RBC, Inc. has a position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to support an ACAT 1 major defense program at NAVAIR. The candidate will coordinate with IPTs and prime contractor counterparts to develop and process NAVAIR 4130 CCB Change Request/Directive Packages in response to receipt of ECPs from IPTs, contractors or outside activities and coordinate logistic and programmatic responses and inputs to correctly produce documentation. The position requires knowledge of program acquisition/CM, acquisition logistics, and NAVAIR contracting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently. This position requires a BS or BA in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 6 years of program CM experience with a minimum of 3 years out of the prior 6 years in aircraft systems CM. 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Knowledge/experience in NAVAIR e-Power, TDSA, and NATEC tools and processes and working knowledge of Government and Industry CM/Product Life Cycle Management toolsets/relational databases is desired including but not limited to CMPro, Enovia, JCMIS, and/or JDMICS. A current SECRET security clearance is required.
