Information Technology Specialist

RBC has an immediate opening for an Information Technology Specialist at the Patuxent River site to support the Air ASW Systems Program Office (PMA-264). This position provides Information Technology (IT) and Operations support. IT support includes: providing immediate solutions to end user issues including desktop, printer, network connectivity, software and security issues for both SIPR and NIPR networks; expediting the troubleshooting/repair process with NMCI/NGEN to mitigate downtime of team members; managing NMCI seats and options, and maintaining a group SharePoint site; all requiring interaction with team members to satisfy their requirements.

Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology and Desktop Support. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs is desired. Experience at NAVAIR is required.

Export Compliance Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior)

Work Location: Patuxent River, MD

Job Description:  Immediate position available with RBC Inc. to support US Navy P-8A Cooperative and FMS programs.  Candidates will monitor and support development of manufacturers’ technical assistance agreements in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS).  Work with team of P-8A program disclosure and policy analysts to coordinate release of technical data and software to foreign governments and their contractors. Respond to requests for Third Party Transfer Agreements. Assist in development of Technology Control Plans.  Collect and analyze information pertaining to current and new capabilities planned for the P-8A foreign customers and work with P-8A engineers and cyber experts to identify new export requirements.  Assist in development of disclosure and export training for P-8A program analysts, Cooperative Program Personnel, and Foreign Liaison Officers.

Required Skills:  Strong working knowledge of ITAR and EAR. Familiarity with US military aircraft systems and subsystems. Working knowledge of Navy Foreign Disclosure Manual, TTSARBs and DDLs is desired.  Understanding of Security Cooperation Agreements and familiarity with US military acquisition processes a plus.  Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Navy International Programs Office, Department of State, Defense Technology Security Administration, and have experience engaging senior level personnel.

Current Secret security clearance is required.  BS/BA in a relevant field and minimum of 5 years experience in export compliance for Mid-level or 7-10 years for Senior analyst position. 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office family of software.
