Senior Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available on-site at Patuxent River, MD for a Senior Program Analyst to support acoustics programs supporting an ACAT I acquisition program in a large NAVAIR program office.  This position requires knowledge of IPT organizational concepts, major weapon system acquisition, program management, contracts management, development of program documents.  Experience with ECP generation/review, procurement package development and processing and airborne acoustics programs or other MPRA operational experience a strong plus. Experience with PPCs, PPAs, SOW, PIDs, RFPs, and program milestone tracking required. Experience with Navy ERP, PMT and WRAPS desired.  Position requires a BS or BA degree in an engineering, business, management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management and a minimum of 6 out of the 10 years of recent work related to analysis and planning.  8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  Current SECRET security clearance required.

FMS Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has a position at Patuxent River, MD for a Program Analyst to serve as a deputy IPT lead to provide program management, administrative and P-3 technical support for FMS cases with 7 countries. This support includes assisting the Case Manager with case management tasks, update meeting minutes and agendas as well as facilitate PMR, working group, and IOSC planning and support.  Monitor Direct Hit data base tasks and provide assistance with maintenance related enquiries, analyzing tech data and distribute to the appropriate SMEs, FST etc. for review and concurrence. Assist in directing a team of individuals on a daily basis to provide training, tracking, and case/IPT cost and schedule performance in the support of 7 countries, all with unique requirements and maintenance needs.  Advise and implement logistics, engineering, training and supply support for P-3 aircraft in multiple configurations. Provide foreign military leadership with funding expenditures and estimate new funding to meet projected aircraft improvements and continued support of existing requirements. Communicate with Defense Security Assistance Management personnel and Navy International Policy Officers in the performance of the duties listed above.

This position requires a college degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline.  Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Three years out of the prior six years of experience supporting technical efforts for major weapon systems and component development is required. P-3 systems knowledge is desired. Experience in FMS programs, international business, systems acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment is desired. Some international travel may be required.

A current Secret security clearance will be required.
