Senior FMS Acquisition/Management Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position at Patuxent River, MD for a Senior FMS Program Acquisition/Management Analyst to provide program management, acquisition and technical support for a large ACAT-I equivalent FMS case. Support includes assisting the Case Manager with case management tasks, develop program briefs, and coordinate and facilitate PMRs.  Candidate will assist in contract management and development of acquisition documentation.  Monitor and update Direct Hit data base tasks and provide assistance with program enquiries/ drills, analyzing data and distribute to appropriate SMEs for review and concurrence. Assist in directing a team of individuals on a daily basis to track program progress/status and case/IPT cost and schedule performance.  Coordinate with foreign and US executive leadership on program data, performance, and status.

This position requires a MS/MA degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in FMS program management.  6 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a master’s degree. Aircraft systems knowledge is desired. Experience in FMS programs, international business, systems acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment is required. A Secret security clearance is required.

Operations/Management Jr. Project Analyst

RBC office at Patuxent River, MD has an immediate vacancy for a full-time position on-site at NAS Patuxent River to provide project, management, administrative, and analytical support to a large program office business management and operations lead and administrative team. The candidate will provide program cost data management, maintain small business contract data and reports, prepare domestic and foreign travel orders, manual travel orders for foreign officer travel, and official correspondence, process claims, prepare and coordinate visit requests, prepare presentation material and briefs to leadership, coordinate meetings and conferences, and complete various general projects and operational tasks.

Position requires a BA/BS degree and two years of experience in business, technical management, and/or administration. Six years of related experience required with no degree. Experience with DTS and Basics II security procedures is required. Experience with NAVAIR contracts, ISOPREP, APACS and manual travel orders a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office software and a security clearance is required.

Program Analyst

RBC Inc. has a position available for a Program Analyst at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The candidate will help assist the PMA with Configuration, Risk and Data Management processes.

The candidate duties include: Schedule quarterly risk management boards including take minutes and track action items as appropriate. Assist IPT Leads with monitoring the Risk Exchange tool and ensure that the data in the tool is accurate.

Process all Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Request for Variances (RFVs) in e.POWER.  Schedule Decentralized Change Control Boards (DCCBs) including take minutes and track action items. Assist PMA Chief Engineer maintain Configuration Management (CM) of the DOORS Database. Analyze current processes to ensure that the PMA is in accordance with the latest guidance and recommend improvement as necessary. Advise when Pre-DCCBs or similar meetings are necessary and schedule as appropriate. Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for accuracy and schedule Data Requirement Review Boards as necessary.

Experience with Risk Management and Configuration Management is desired.

A Current Secret clearance is desired. Successful candidate must be able to qualify for a Secret Clearance.

RBC, Inc. has a position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Program/Project Analyst to support ACAT I aircraft and mission systems programs in a large NAVAIR program office.  This position requires knowledge of program acquisition, financial/program tracking and management, NAVAIR contracting and PPBE processes and will be expected to support development/submission of contract packages including PIDs/PRs, CDRLs, SOWs and independent cost estimates; Coordinate with IPTs to validate and update procurement actions in the NAVAIR PMT, monitor milestones, and provide status.  Knowledge of aircraft mission systems and avionics/subsystems desired.

This position requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in U. S. Navy aviation program management, business/technical analysis, and acquisition.  4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree. SECRET security clearance is required.

Experience working with large DoD contractors a plus. Experience with PPCs, PPAs, SOW, PIDs, RFPs, and program milestone tracking required. Experience with ERP, PMT and WRAPS desired.  Position requires a BS or BA degree in an engineering, business, management or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management and a minimum of 6 out of the 10 years of recent work related to analysis and planning. 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  Current SECRET security clearance required.

Knowledge and experience with MS Project required.  Experience with DirectHit desired.  These positions require a college degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis.  Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Three years out of the prior six years of experience supporting technical efforts for major weapon systems and component development and a current Secret security clearance are required.
