Information Technology Specialist

There is a position available for an Information Technology Specialist at the Patuxent River site to support the Air ASW Systems Program Office (PMA-264).  This position provides Information Technology (IT) and Operations support.  IT support includes: providing immediate solutions to end user issues including desktop, printer, network connectivity, software and security issues for both SIPR and NIPR networks;  expediting the troubleshooting/repair process with NMCI/NGEN to mitigate downtime of team members; managing NMCI seats and options, and maintaining a group SharePoint site;  all requiring interaction with team members to satisfy their requirements..

Education Required:  High School Diploma or GED.  Two years in the field of Information Technology.  .

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Information Technology and Desktop Support.  Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs is desired.

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.

Program Analyst/Contract Specialist

RBC Inc. has a position available for a Program Analyst/Contract Specialist at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. This position will support NAVAIR RDT&E processes. The candidate will execute program management processes; develop briefs; monitor schedules; provide status/reporting; and review and track milestone decisions. The candidate will develop, submit and manage/track contract packages including Procurement Initiation Documents, Contract Data Requirements List, Statement of Objectives/ Statement of Work, and Technical Evaluation Reports.

Experience: Familiarity with NAVAIR/PMA Program Management and Contract Program Management is desired. Must able to qualify for a Secret clearance.

Senior Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available on-site at Patuxent River, MD for a Senior Program Analyst to support acoustics programs in a large NAVAIR program office.  This position requires knowledge of IPT organizational concepts, major weapon system acquisition, program management, logistics management, contract management, development of program documents.  Experience with ECP generation/review, proc  urement package processing and airborne acoustics programs or other MPRA operational experience a strong plus. Experience working with large DoD contractors a plus. Experience with PPCs, PPAs, SOW, PIDs, RFPs, and program milestone tracking required. Experience with ERP, PMT and WRAPS desired.  Position requires a BS or BA degree in an engineering, business, management or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management and a minimum of 6 out of the 10 years of recent work related to analysis and planning. 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  Current SECRET security clearance required.

Software Developer

RBC, Inc. has a position available for a Software Developer in Washington DC area or Lexington Park, MD.  This position requires experience in Java, C++ and Python in a Linux environment. Experience with advanced development methodologies, tools and processes and the ability to analyze code and engineer responsive solutions is required. The candidate will be expected to support execution of program management processes; develop acquisition briefs; monitor schedules; provide status/reporting; and review milestone decision documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.  This includes research as necessary to provide recommendations to support the development of program acquisition strategies; assessing program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements including, but not limited to: Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategy Reports, funding documents, contract awards, and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements

Cooperative Program Financial Analyst

RBC has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst at Patuxent River, MD to support an ACAT I major defense program in a large NAVAIR program office.  The individual will provide financial analysis and support to the IPT Lead and BFMs in planning and executing Cooperative program Other Country Funds (OCF) including preparation of OCF documents and monitor funding execution.  Work with IPTs and their support personnel to ensure funding is executed in accordance with approved Team Work Books.  Coordinate data collection with IPT leads and financial personnel to respond to budget data calls.  Reconcile/research discrepancies in Navy ERP and provide back-up documentation for corrections.  Communicate with NAVAIR Comptroller and field activities to ensure documentation is in place to execute funds and funding/obligation acceptance copies are received.   Candidate must be detailed oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and be a self starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.  Candidate must have an understanding of DoD PPBS process.

Experience with OCF execution and Navy ERP is required.  Experience reconciling Navy ERP reports is highly desirable.  This position requires a BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 4 years of financial management experience, two of which must be with the DoN.  If no degree, 12 years of FM experience is required.

Senior Program Analyst

Support includes assisting the Case Manager with case management tasks, develop program briefs, and coordinate and facilitate PMRs.  Candidate will assist in contract management and development of acquisition documentation.  Monitor and update Direct Hit data base tasks and provide assistance with program enquiries/drills, analyzing data and distribute to the appropriate SMEs for review and concurrence. Assist in directing a team of individuals on a daily basis to track program progress/status and case/IPT cost and schedule performance/EVM.  Coordinate with foreign and US military executive leadership on program data, performance, and status.  Communicate with Defense Security Assistance Management personnel and Navy International Policy Officers in the performance of the duties listed above. This position requires a BS or BA degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline.  Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Six (6) years out of the prior ten years of experience supporting acquisition/analysis of major weapon systems and component development is required. P-8A aircraft systems knowledge is desired. Experience in FMS programs, international business, systems acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment is desired. Some international travel may be required.
