Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has a position available for a Program Analyst at the Patuxent River site. This position requires knowledge of Science and Technology (S&T) program management and contracting processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented; proactive; able to work independently; and have prior experience in S&T programs. This includes identifying and pursuing the right Air Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) capability investment; Collaboration with ASW stakeholders; Identifying S&T capability gaps and S&T objectives; and developing new project definitions and investment strategies. Tasks include developing and managing data/metrics that would be most appropriate for reporting on the various S&T investments; Developing a tool and/or process to aid in managing and overseeing the large number of active and completed S&T projects; Coordinating Technical Interchange Meetings; Seeking out transition opportunities for mature technologies; Developing a transition roadmap for integrating mature technologies into a new or an existing program of record; Tracking CDRL deliverables for active S&T contracts. Additional duties include supporting execution of program management processes; developing briefs; monitoring schedules; providing status/reporting; and reviewing contract milestones.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Additional experience may be substituted for degree)

Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in NAVAIR program and contract management. Ten (10) years’ experience with program manage and S&T programs is desired but not required.

A current Secret Clearance is required.

Senior Executive-level Administrative and Analytical support


The RBC office at Patuxent River, MD has an immediate vacancy to provide senior executive-level administrative and analytical support.  

Responsibilities include administrative duties including preparation and tracking of travel orders, officer Fitness Reports, Enlisted Evaluations, and official command correspondence, processing of travel claims, preparation and coordination of visit requests, naval message preparation, answering telephones, maintaining records and files, reproduction, data entry, coordination of meetings and conferences and maintaining calendars and schedules, and various other general administrative and operational tasks. 

This position requires ten years of experience in a customer and business-oriented administrative support position. Current experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), Basics II security procedures, DISS (formerly JPAS) and Microsoft Office application programs is required and knowledge of military organizational concepts, operations, and administrative requirements.

A Current Secret clearance is required.
