P-8A Configuration Management (CM) Analyst

RBC, Inc. has a position available at Patuxent River, MD for a P-8A CM Analyst to support the P-8A Team in the MPRA Program Office (PMA-290) onsite.  The candidate will coordinate with P-8A Mission System IPT and Boeing counterparts to develop and process NAVAIR 4130 CCB Change Request/Directive packages in response to receipt of ECPs from P-8A IPTs, contractors, or outside activities. Coordinate logistic and programmatic responses and inputs to correctly produce documentation in a timely manner to support the PMA-290/AIR-1.3.2.9 P-8A Poseidon CM Team. The position requires knowledge of program acquisition/CM, acquisition logistics, and NAVAIR contracting.  The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

This position requires a BS or BA in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of six (6) years of program experience with a minimum of three (3) years out of the prior six (6) years in aircraft systems CM. Eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.  Knowledge/experience in NAVAIR e-Power, TDSA, and NATEC tools and processes and working knowledge of Government and Industry CM/Product Life Cycle Management toolsets/relational databases is desired including but not limited to CMPro, Enovia, JCMIS, and/or JDMICS.  A current SECRET security clearance is required.

P-8 Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has a position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Program Analyst to support an Advanced Development Team within a large NAVAIR Program Office. This position requires knowledge of current acoustic and non-acoustic technologies, SBIR/ONR programs, aircraft weapons, mission and aircraft systems, program acquisition, logistics, and NAVAIR contracting processes.

The candidate will be expected to support the review and tracking of technology programs and SBIR projects to support future maritime patrol and reconnaissance programs and related system capability roadmaps. The candidate requires knowledge of contract package development and assessment and reconciliation of SBIR program requirements with available resources and be able to revise plans to meet programmatic requirements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and be familiar with maritime patrol aircraft and mission systems.

This position requires a BA or BS degree, preferably in an engineering discipline, and a minimum of eight years of experience in program management or technical analysis. Three years of the eight requires experience in supporting major weapon systems or component/system development. Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE/OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The RBC office at Patuxent River, MD has a vacancy to provide full time administrative support at the MPRA program office at NAVAIR on the Naval Air Station at Patuxent River, MD.  Duties will include administrative duties such as preparation of travel orders and official correspondence, processing of travel claims, preparation and coordination of visit requests, naval message preparation, answering telephones, maintaining records and files, reproduction, data entry, coordination of meetings and conferences, and various other general administrative and operational tasks. Additionally, will assist the a program Operations Lead with Cross Organization travel requests/tracking, weekly/monthly reports, preparation and review of Power Point briefs and other duties as assigned.

This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of six years of experience in a customer and business oriented support position.  Current experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), Basics II security procedures, and Microsoft Office application programs is required. A current security clearance is required.

FMS Program Analyst

RBC, Inc. has a position at Patuxent River, MD for a Program Analyst to serve as a deputy IPT lead to provide program management, administrative and P-3 technical support for FMS cases with 7 countries. This support includes assisting the Case Manager with case management tasks, update meeting minutes and agendas as well as facilitate PMR, working group, and IOSC planning and support.  Monitor Direct Hit data base tasks and provide assistance with maintenance related enquiries, analyzing tech data and distribute to the appropriate SMEs, FST etc. for review and concurrence. Assist in directing a team of individuals on a daily basis to provide training, tracking, and case/IPT cost and schedule performance in the support of 7 countries, all with unique requirements and maintenance needs.  Advise and implement logistics, engineering, training and supply support for P-3 aircraft in multiple configurations. Provide foreign military leadership with funding expenditures and estimate new funding to meet projected aircraft improvements and continued support of existing requirements. Communicate with Defense Security Assistance Management personnel and Navy International Policy Officers in the performance of the duties listed above.

This position requires a college degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline.  Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Three years out of the prior six years of experience supporting technical efforts for major weapon systems and component development is required. P-3 systems knowledge is desired. Experience in FMS programs, international business, systems acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment is desired. Some international travel may be required.

A current Secret security clearance will be required.

Senior Program Analyst
